Returns Policy

At Pêcheresse, we make our apparel in limited runs and want every customer to be satisfied with their order. Because of this, we only accept returns if an item is faulty or defective.

✅ Faulty or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Email us at pecheresseoutdoor@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos clearly showing the fault

Once we review your request, we’ll arrange one of the following:

  • A replacement (if the item is in stock), or

  • A refund to your original payment method

We’ll cover return shipping costs for approved defective items.

❌ Change of Mind & Sizing

Because we produce small-batch apparel, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Sizing issues

  • General wear and tear

Please check size information and product details before placing an order.

📦 How Returns Work (If Approved)

  1. We’ll email you return instructions or a return label

  2. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your replacement or refund within 7 working days
